Semovita is one of our popular Nigerian
swallows. a lot of people love it because its the closest to pounded yam
they can get, without having to actually go through the stress of
pounding the yam.
Pour
water in a pot, add 3/4 of the semovita into the pot of water.
* Heat up the pot and start stirring the semo or fufu, to prevent burning at the bottom.
* As the semo cooks, you'll begin to perceive the aroma and notice that the consistency might be a bit light, then gradually add the remaining flour and continue stirring until you get a thicker consistency.
Put off the heat, scoop out and serve with you soup of choice.
